Need for speed Most wanted Unable to load profile

Hi

I have been playing Need for Speed: Most wanted - Black Edition on my pc now for 14 months, and I have finally defeated blacklist #7 (I don't play it so much). But since the beginning of this month when I start the game, and after I skipped the intro, a message appears "Unable to load Guzzi". Guzzi is the name of the player I created December 2016. I also made a saved state, but when I try to access it, the game shows me the same message. I don't feel like completly going through all that blacklists and buying cars and upgrading cars after I reached so far already. Is there a way that I can get my data back?
