Need For Speed Most Wanted Ultimate Speed Pack error

Hi guys ! So i bought the game and i bought 2 dlc's the ultimate speed pack and the time saver pack ! I made a screen shot now and the game is not installed now ! But i have installed it a few times and it shows that dlc's are installed but when i open the game i have to but the cars from ultimate speed pack ! And the time saver pack didn't work either ! Both of them are bugged ! Can somebody tell me a solution please ? Thank you very much !
