I have had this game for a long time now and still can not play online, or connect to auto log for that fact. I have gone through enough. I went thourgh multiple chats, and cases. And still no results. I was told to wait and I would get an email telling me how to resolve this a month ago. I want results now. Like now. I know its messed up that I might be reacting like this, but I think this will mark the 2nd month I have not been able to play online. This is not acceptable.
If this keeps up and the I can still not play online, I will boycot EA games for ever. Like this is no joke. Half my games are from EA. Think about it.
What platform are you playing on?
For the PS3 this error message is "caused by a problem with the link between your origin account and PSN account."
You should create a new origin account and contact the support at https://help.ea.com/ -> Contact us. Tell them that they should transfer the games from your account to your new account.
