NFS most wanted can't save my control settings

My OS is windows 10 64 bit, it's new so i think the problem is not because any incompatibility with another software. I changed the keyboard settings but every time when i open it, every setting is just like my last adjustment except the keyboard settings.

The game just can't remember my keyboard settings.
