NFS MW 2012 - Black - dark -screen during play. Using Raedon Video Cards

When the game finally starts (long intro during startup), my screen is very dark with some flashes when I hit obsticals.  I've tried new drivers, etc.  No change.  I've tried minimal Graphics settings, no change.  The game is not playable.  My system does exceed the minimum requirements and I have no trouble running NFS Shift 2 (the last edition I purchased).

Any help is grately appreciated.

One more thing... when I exit, the game crashes and I need to switch windows to expose the crash popup screen.  I also noticed that CCC would crash on startup post install of NFS MW 2012.  I had to re-install it to get it working.

I had same issue. I fixed it by changing controller, don't know why it worked but it did for me. I was using a logitech.
