Hi David. I have contacted a few advisors. They asked for some details to verify that I own the account. I gave them my billing address, IP address, phone number, and the purchases made on the account. They said they are unable to verify that I am the account owner with all that information. I think that should be enough information to verify that I own the account. If I am still not getting my account back it could have been hacked. I am trying to request live chat again but there is no option to request it.
