How to connect to autolog

when I open my game I get a pop up to sign up in the EA server how to do that and one more thing how to connect my game(nfs mw 2012) to  autolog and I wat to play multiplayer

Well you need to sign in to Origin Online mode and start the game. That is all. 

Assuming you have done that and had some problem signing in, check if these can help.
