Game will not open at all.

Just downloaded the game after recieving a free copy from buying Simcity. I click play, it opens the cloud sync, that works, then nothing happens. I can try as many times as possible and i get absolutely nothing. I have tried offline mode, even running NFS13.exe manually which just flashes orgin and does nothing. Glad EA gave a free game because their game broke, and then gave a game that doesn't do anything. Frustrating but i hope it gets fixed.
