Cheaters in Need For Speed Most Wanted

I have been playing for a couple of months now and until recently the game had been cheater-free.  I am getting sick of people using cheats to get ahead in the game.  It's ruining the fun and the point of competing online.  I have submitted many cheating reports through the ORIGIN window with no results.  Who can I contact to block these cheaters from playing online or at least prevent them from cheating.  An example of a cheater is when I try to ram into him, his car hovers in the air at the last second and either I crash into something behind or he lands on me and takes me out.  If this keeps up I don't think I will be playing Need For Speed Most Wanted anymore.  EA fix this or you will loose a long time customer.

I wish EA would have a wall of shame for all the cheaters. 

I think there is a thread around this answers forum thing about the cheating. Yes, it really does spoil the fun. I hope EA does block these guys.

CheatEngine abounds, I've given up. Good thing I got it for free during EA's promotion.
