@EA_Nils
Hi,
tell me please, do developers receive these crash reports from MS?
Because my NFS nearly always crashes on exit, and I'm not sure if this was reported.

@SPC92 Hi,
Thanks a lot, this is indeed what I was looking for. Unfortunately it doesn't cast any light on how we can prevent the game from crashing.
7. Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
8. Save this text file to your Desktop if possible
9. Open the text file, select all the text inside (Ctrl + A) and copy it (Ctrl +C).
10. Go to http://hastebin.com/, paste the contents of your DXDiag inside (Ctrl+V) and click Save on the webpage (Ctrl+S).
11. Copy the link of the page in your post, along with a precise description of your issue.
Cheers,
Nils

@disturbedUKR Hi,
I don't think so. These are more internal information to Microsoft that they will have access to when required.
Is it only on exiting the game for you? Or have you had it crashing at other times as well?
Cheers,
Nils

@EA_Nils
Too bad they don't receive that info, there should be more information sent to MS like memory dumps.
As for crashes, they occur on exit with the error:
This crash never happened before the Speedlists update.
There were also a few times the game crashed during gameplay with different errors:

@disturbedUKR Hi again,
Thanks for the additional info, I will pass it on. Your DxDiag looks fine so I don't have any particular ideas beyond what our troubleshooting article suggests: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-troubleshoot-crashing-and-freezing-issues/
