Dear EA

 

My Origin account is Aryton_Leong. I haven't launch the Need For Speed 2015 for just few days. I lost all of my decal and livery on my AE86 and Lambo. Also I can't do any paint and decal variation. I am here for seeking some help and hope you can tell me what happen is going on. Because those decal and livery spent me few weeks to accomplish it.

The best thing for you to do is to contact a game advisor (the nice folks over at EA support) for more help with this. There’s nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix ingame content issues like this.

You need to contact EA/Origin support for more assistance. They will be able to assist you further for this issue you are having.

Follow these steps:

*Note that some players may have issues when using Internet Explorer. If this is the case, please use an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome*

Contact a games adviser any time using this following link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
2) Select a topic for the best results.
3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an adviser.
