When i start game, only black screen comes and few moments later is says: Need For Speed has stopped working.

Linking to the dxdiag itself should be a lot more useful, we can check for other potential issues.
At a glance that system appears to meet the min specs, so next I'd check for driver updates, and try restarting with a Clean Boot.
