account glitched to other accounts [ Edited ]

these past 2 days i have contacted EA about my case i am loging on my account with different level and cars every day it keeps switching on me the EA specialist said that this is impossible so they refused to help me i do not have a compromised account i have changed my password turned on security questions and email no one is on my account this cant explain why my levels are jumping all over the place anyways i have bought a game that is so game braking that i cant play it why do you not help me EA? I'm very angry at you guys for the lack of support to your player game was bought on march 31st so how do i have more gameplay then that?

That is very strange and I actually haven't heard this happening before.. Sadly I won't be able to check this for you via this channel as this is a community based forum, which means we aren't able to assist with account management related requests. 

I would recommend to contact our Advisors again to have them double-check your account. Feel free to add screenshots or videos to your request when contacting them.
