Wrong account?

Loaded up need for speed today and my account is wrong? Usually lv 60+ game completed etc but logging in now im lv30 with random cars and progress.

Are you sure you're logging in on the correct account?

In any case try contacting our Game Advisors via EA Help and they will look into the matter for you:

Start with selecting your country of residence to setup your contact. If your country isn't listed you should select either United States or United Kingdom.

Now follow the numbered steps as shown in the picture. If you are unable to login you will also be able to create an anonymous case at this point.
