@venolin_187 when using your Windows 7 machine there might be times when something goes wrong with a driver or an app and Windows becomes unstable.
Alternatively, performing a system restore reverts the OS to a previous state, which is not exactly like a clean install, but could help you get your system working properly.
You choose and yes is a only way.Is my opinion and not more valuable or pertinent as your opinion.

Already try all possible solutions in this thread.
The temporaly solution that I found is using a 3th party program to make it fullcreen. I'm using "Border Stripper". It's okay so far.
I'm waiting for a patch to fix it.

would you please fix PC version bugs !!
Now Windows 8.1 can't to play with full screen (press alt+enter is same problem).
Also the background music volume is very low....
