New NEED FOR SPEED (2016) Controller issues

Have you tried running the game with just the supported controllers connected, so keyboard, mouse and X360 controller, disconnect the joystick?

i am running on windows 10, with Xbox One controller, and a Logitech G13, and haven't seen any problems with manual or auto.

This issue is under investigation, and details have been forwarded to the development team. 

As the previous post suggests, for now try with just the minimum of controllers connected,

- so does it work with just the keyboard or an xbox controller connected. 

- make sure that any device drivers are up to date, 

- try removing or disabling any third party drivers or unofficial tools.

UNPLUG ALL your controllers EXCEPT your keyboard and TRY again

They were disconnected when i tried keyboard

restart the game
reset the relevent settings and
and configure your keyboard keys
w/s is the accelerate brake by default

try my settings see if they help?

So I booted up the 10h trial cause I'm real excited for this title, however I cannot move at all, my car keeps going at full gas, but something makes the car hold the brakes down, or something because I can't move. And it keeps going full throttle despite me not pressing anything at all.

Tried:
Disabling my keyboard to play with gamepad.

Reinstalling

disconnecting gamepad, keyboard, both. 

Window mode.

Fullscreen

Repairing.

Clearing origin cache.

Restarting PC.

I have the exact same issue. If i raise the brake deadzone in the gamecontroller options to 100% the car moves forwards on its own. Accelleration then is still broken, can't even finish the first race.

Thanks,  have tried this, both wiith only keyboard as the input, as well as only gamepad connected. Same iissue occurs

So I'm in the very first mission, trying to drive in any way, but I just simply can't since the car will not accelerate.

The break lights are permanently on. I'm using an xbox controller for the PC, I tried it with disconnected mouse and keyboard already.

Same result. Me trying to reorganize the buttons wont be accepted either (I tried to make the car shift manually, so i could get out of 3rd gear)

but it just wont apply to my controls. 

Needless to say, this problem makes the game unplayable for now.

the controller is in perfectly fine working condition in other games.

Hope i can get some quick help.
