Need For Speed 2015 0xc00007b (Error)

So I bought like NFS 2015 when it came out and I couldn't play it because of my pc. Now that I got a good pc i got this error: 0xc00007b I searched how to fix in the internet and they always say the same thing, so if anybody could help me out I'll aprecciate.

I reinstalled it, verified the game files, looked up on youtube but nun of that helped me.

I also receive this error on Need For Speed Carbon, and my specs are. 8GB Ram, RX 590, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz

I can't delete the Origin file, and I tried fixing both games with the dll's but none of that worked.
