Issues with Game

Hi... My copy of the game sometimes crashes when I try to complete the very first mission and also during cutscenes the game freezes. Also... When I the part where you can customise the car all visual parts are locked and upgrades are locked. And also the game takes a while to recognize that your are turnings it is very sloppy... I had so much hype for the game but very disappointed

Sorry to hear that you are running into issues with Need for Speed. I have not seen any other reports yet on the forum, so the issue might be local. Let's see if we can try to fix that for you:

• Restart the app
• Powercycle your console--I advise to also remove the power cable for about a minute when doing this.
• Uninstall and reinstall your game

This usually resolves most issues on an XB1 console. Please let me know if you have further issues.
