Hi I purchase NFS 2015 but it's always say my connection is lost and I can't play this game so I request refund in the same day but after two weeks past I never receive my refunding. I try to contact via EA live chat but after wait over 30 minutes.... no responding. How to fix this problem?

The status of your refund is : Refund Requested
At this time you do not need to do anything but if you want to try to push this through then contacting an Advisor is the way to go.
Depending on how busy they are, the wait time may be upwards of 30 mins.
