Customizing 65 Mustang to look like Hoonicorn

I have the 65 Mustang in game and i cant customize it to look like Ken Block's Hoonicorn, i have the mags and the hood but i cant get the bumpers, side skirts etc, it says that the parts are unavailable.

I found the body kit and wheels, now its just the stickers and paint job
