Cant update game

I cant update the game on Xbox One, it keeps saying that there is a problem with the update

Are you still running into the same issue?

If my previous steps did not resolve the issue, you can also try the following:

• Restart your game
• Uninstall and reinstall your game
• Check Network Settings on XB1
• Check XB Live Server Status

If that does not solve your issue, could you please note down any exact error messages you get? I would also help if you attach screenshots. It will help me investigate further.

If you are running into a problem with an update, please try the following:

Please shut down the app / installer and press the power button on your console (not on your controller) until your XB shuts down. Remove the power cord for about a minute and turn on the console to try the download again. Please also see Microsoft's Download Issues and Installation Issues articles.

This didnt work either, when i first tried installing the update it started to install then it crashed then it started popping up an error message saying it couldnt install but my game wont start
