AMD 560 'Detected AMD Radeon Driver Version 0.0' Error

★★★★★ Novice

All I want to do is play Need for Speed, but I'm getting the dreadful 'Detected AMD Radeon driver version 0.0. The required driver version is 13.251 or later. Please update your drivers at amd.com before playing the game.

I've updated my drivers. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers. I have done a clean install with AMD's tool. Nothing I do seems to work. What other options do I have to get past this error?!?!?!?

*DXDiag is attached.

First, download the driver set you want/need: https://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/win10-64bit-radeon-software-adrenalin-edition-18.10.1-oct15.exe

Use the clean uninstall utility to remove your current video drivers: https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

Install the 18.10.1 drivers from the first step and then create a gaming profile as follows to help ensure your RX 560 GPU is used rather than the Vega 8 video processing on your CPU:

Let us know how this goes, thanks.

I did exactly that and I'm still getting the same error message.
