Nhl 19 Games will not load

@EA_Aljo I think it is a cloud save, not an offline save, that's why I mentioned the save was synced. I found again after my post, that if I go between xboxes after the sync I can play again on the new xbox for a game or 2, then it freezes, then I go to my other xbox, sync again then I can play a game or 2 on that xbox and so on. Do you understand what I am saying?

Thanks for the update. At least you can get a couple games in before it happens. Unfortunately, I can't think of what would be causing this. You could try deleting and reinstalling to see if that makes a difference.

This is a system wide problem  with Xbox one. my NHL 2019 was working just fine and now it doesnt work it is june 9th 2022. what is going on?

Can EA/Xbox fix this?

Can you give me some more details? How is NHL 19 not working?
