Nhl 19 Games will not load

I'd like you to try deleting your gamertag off your console and downloading it again. Let's see if that helps.

Why should I delete my account off my Xbox? Changing my IP address didn’t even work. Why is the game having this problem/

It's possible your account data is corrupt. Downloading your gamertag again can resolve that. You won't lose any data from deleting and downloading your gamertag again.

I will not be deleting my account but I have downloaded the account on a friends console already and it didn’t work there ether

It doesn't delete your account. All it does is remove it from your console. This is completely safe and you will not lose any data by doing it. Regardless, since you're having the same problem on a different console, I'd recommend contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. They may need to escalate your case to a specialist to review your account.
