Nhl 19 Games will not load

The game launches and all menus work fine but when attempting to launch a game in any game mode the game loads to 93-99% and sits there indefinitely the game dose not freeze or crash but the game will not start. All troubleshooting options given to me my the support chat and Advanced troubleshooting options given threw email did not resolve the issue

I'd like you to try clearing your personal saved data. Highlight the NHL 19 tile. Then hit the button to the right of the guide button. Next, go to Manage game & add-ons. Then, go to Saved data and delete the data for your gamertag. Don't delete it from everywhere though. That could delete offline saves. Let me know what happens.

As a test, do you have another gamertag you can try? If it works on another gamertag, this could be an account issue. That would help narrow this down a bit.

Are you always using the same team? If so, can you try a different one and see if that helps?
