Paid for young star deluxe edition but haven't gotten any packs for it yet.

I've paid 99€ for the young star deluxe nhl 18 but not once have a got a weekly pack or for starters. I sent receit to ea and complain 2-3 weekes ago but no answer yet. what should I do to get the benefits that I've paid for ?

I tried to put my reedem code in to the game but it's not enough letters for a reedem code it says, Where can i find the correct codes when I bought it online on ps store ?

If you purchased the game via the PS Store then there is no need to input a code: "If you bought a digital copy of the game, you’re good to go – no need to enter a code." - https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/nhl/nhl-18/nhl-18-install-rewards-playstation/
