I got those loyalty jerseys and Mcdavid's adidas yersey and send them collection and they are not anywhere.....

NHL 18 Deluxe version on xbox1, I bought it, but my son don't get those deluxe version packets and didn't get loyalty jerseys. What is changed last years we both play deluxe versions of nhl 17 and nhl16 and now only me got those packets. I asked that from microsoft three times and there they said put home set on and I said it is on and I called finnish ea advicer 3 time and one of them said me stupid and said never both get those packets but yes we both had played those deluxe packets on nhl16 and nhl17.
