How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Quick Settings: "I am Experienced","NHL 94 Controls", "All-Star" Gameplay Sliders: CPU Penalties: "100", "CPU Teammates: "0".
What happens when the bug occurs? Despite the settings, I am still getting Penalties for "Interference". Actually, almost always, I am still getting more penalties than the CPU. Essentially this means that the sliders do not work.
What do you expect to see? For the settings, there should be no penalty calls against the human player.

This bug has been reported by others (more or less directly) in other discussions
It also occurs, when one tries to set the Penalty Interference Slider in the "Gameplay slider" menu to 100 for CPU and 0 for the human player.
