Disconnecting from EA servers

Hey, I've been playing EASHL for years now. I'm getting really fed up with losing games due to disconnecting off your servers. The last 2 games my club played, I was disconnected, resulting in a loss, and a dnf stat for my player. That's not fair. I pride myself on my stats, and clubs numbers and because of YOUR issues, it's shown negatively on me and my club. There has to be a way to rectify these last 2 games played, and correct it.
