Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play an online/offline HUT game, in between periods attempt to change your lines or strategy.
What happens when the bug occurs? In between periods, the Manage Lines and Strategies option is missing.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to edit my strategies and lines in between periods on an online game since you are only allowed one pause.

I also noticed that the Manage Lines and Strategies menu item only allows you to edit strategies. You should be able to edit lines as well - both online and offline. It seems too many clicks and misleading to have a menu item that offers only one of the options of the menu.
It would also be nice to have two separate menu items from the main pause/intermission menus. One for edit strategies that takes you directly to the edit strategy screen (not an additional 2 clicks), and then one for Edit lines that takes you directly to a quick swap line option like seen in standard local/online games.
