I keep trying to play nhl 18 with a friend online, i keep getting error code A9E65BE761792499-0000000000011012-874BEA4BF36CEA, I can play any other game but this ohne so its not my internet or my friends internet. I searched for the error code and nothing.

I have this same issue when trying to play with a friend of mine. I have a Netgear Nighthawk Router through Rogers here in Canada.
