Whole team Cannot enter EASHL screen at all and get a long error code

@MJoZz Only workaround is to create another gamertag, share the XBox live with your old one, start a new club under that GT.

Exactly the same thing happened for us, our team is The Avengers HC

I'm a novice at this stuff...can you detail how exactly to do this? I mean I don't want all my guys having to create new gamer tag and/or we are 30-3-1 don't wanna restart club you know?

Nothing works to resurrect that team or to get your live account out of EASHL purgatory right now (unless this is fixed)

what each of us did was create a new GT and share live with it and play EASHL under that account for now (new team)...

You are able to share XBox live with another GT in your household

Barry, I know you can only tell us what the dev team is divulging, but we could REALLY use some info at this point. 9 days into this and we have nothing yet, and with the forums still being down we have no way to obtain anything. is there any way you could get with someone and see what you can find out for us, please? the amount of people this is affecting keeps growing because there is no way to communicate anything without the forums. thanks again Barry.
