So this is an older transaction I guess. I was very suspicious when they said wait 24 hours but I did anyway. I probably lucked out because the money wasn't given to ea yet.
So earlier you said you had proof of purchase. How did you get your gamertag to show on the same screen as your purchase history? I never was able to do that. I was only able to get my email address on the same page as the transaction history.

I've been having the same problem since launch day. And i've been in contact with EA live chat every day since. Buckle up guys and don't give up.. this is a long process. One tip I can give after speaking to like 20 different advisors is to demand for your case to be escalated to a specialist for further review because advisors don't have the tools to add points to your account so the only thing they will tell you is to wait 24 hours and then close your ticket.

This issue is still happening to me with any 2200 NHL Points order, my solution doesn't work for that one it only works for any of the points below 2200.

I did ask to have it escalated and the tech said they would have someone call me back. I gave him my number and have never received a call back.
