I have contacted EA live chat twice today because of this problem. After first chat they told me they are gonna send steps into my email even though I said the problem is not in my end. Tried those steps and they did nothing like I thought. Then went to my cases and saw it's marked as SOLVED even though it really isn't. I opened the case, contacted them again and said it's far from solved and specifically told them to leave this case open until it really is solved. He said of course. After I close the chat and go to see my case it says SOLVED once again... Can't even describe how frustrating this is.
