So I know there are other threads about this, but I have tried all of the fixes I have seen and none have worked:
On any online service on NHL 17 except EASHL the "failed to Retrieve Data; please try again later" error comes up. I have tried re-adding my gamertag, re-installing the game on my Xbox One, using and not using an Ethernet cable, clearing my Alternate MAC settings, deleting my cloud saves, clearing my persistent storage and power cycling my Xbox, and changing my privacy settings. I have tried this on two different networks and it hasn't worked either time. The only reason I have a Gold membership is to play NHL online, so any other fixes or a definite we can't fix the problem would be nice so I can know to stop wasting my money.
