Hi,
I just brought 150 NHL points in HUT and never received them. I try exit HUT and re-entering HUT and it didn't help. I try ejecting my disc and putting it back in and still didn't fix the problem. I try chatting with EAsports under NHL17 doing live chat and the chat doesn't work. I even double checked to see if I was charged for them and I was. So, I have not no idea what to do. Can anyone help me?

Sometimes transactions can take up to 24hrs to be fully processed.
Let us know if the issue remains after a full 24hrs has passed.

Hi EA_Barry,
Thank you for your reply. Sorry about just posting the results now but I wanted to wait a little longer to see if it would be fix. I want to HUT a few minutes ago and saw the missing are still not there yet. I then login to my Microsoft account on xbox and saw I was charged for them but still have not received them. Can you please help EA_Barry?
