Lost Players on hut

Summarize your bug I purchased a HUT Expansion pack of 5 cards, giving away 10 of my rare gold cards. I opened the pack and sent the players to my collection, but they never got there.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea
What happens when the bug occurs? I lost not 5, not 10, but 15 PLAYER CARDS!!!!
What do you expect to see? compensation
