The patch which reduces the chance of this issue occurring is now available to players.
If your game is not automatically updated then you can manually check for updates on PS4 or if you have an XB1, check that Instant On is enabled.

First step is to try clearing the cache of your console. Switch it off and then pull the power cable out for 60 seconds. After this time plug it back in and boot back up again to see if you can get into HUT.

Thanks for the report. I've added your post to the other thread we already have started about this.
Could you let me know your gamertag and also whether other modes are affected?

This issue is being looked into by the studio, but for the moment it would be helpful if you could provide your GamerTag and a timestamp. The Timestamp would be the time/date of the last time you attempted to load HUT, this will help us looking into the issue.
Same here. This bug was already present in the beta, but was ignored.
