Thanks for actually acknowledging this pesky issue!
I'm pretty sure, you are also aware of the fact, that we only have 10 hours to play the pre-release and I've already spent hours of it trying to log into HUT.
Do you have an info on how EA will reimburse us cutomers for that time being not availabe to us? Keep in mind we are paying for this "Early Access".
I'm more than convinced, that this isse will not be fixed any time soon, but feel free to surprise me.

Good luck with that. It is the EXACT same bug that existed in beta and was never fixed. None of their "suggestions" ever helped anyone. If you encounter this, just buy it on PS4 (it only happens on the One). You are wasting your time otherwise. The ONLY "solution" that anyone has come up with that has worked for anyone (and it's far from 100%), is to start and quit out of three game in another mode (world cup is suggested) and then try it. It may or may not work, but pulling your damn power cord sure as hell won't.
