Summarize your bug Every time I try to start up a game in HUT, NHL 17 restarts and reverts back to the home page. This has been going on for weeks and I have tried to resolve it in every possible way. Nothing.

What happens when the bug occurs? Please watch this video. Every time I get to the pick a jersey screen, my screen goes black and reverts to the start screen of NHL.

What do you expect to see? I hope to see myself playing HUT again because this is getting frustrating.

I assume you have power cycled your console and router?
Do you have an active XBL Gold subscription?
What other troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Yes, I have an XBL gold membership and HUT is the only online game mode that does not work. Draft champions and versus works just fine.
Here are the troubleshoot options that I have done:
I have done the basic restarts to both my router and xbox plenty of times
I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it
I restarted my xbox to factory settings then reinstalled the game
I changed my router ports to the suggested NHL 16 & 17 port numbers
None of these have worked and this has been an issue for about a month now. What can I do at this point?
