EASHL and call center is worthless.

They call me back trying to fix the problem that is keeping me from playing the only game mode I play. The "man" who called me that could barley speak English put me on hold 4 times to tell me he doesn't know what to do. After this I get an email stating my case is closed. Ummmm no its not I still can't play the game. And no compensation in the mean time. I've played every game since nhl 12 and this might be the year I stop.
