Summarize your bug Was in a bidding war for Connor McDavid went up to 31050, lost the bid and didn't get my money back?! Contacted EA they said contact back in 24hrs to let the account sync. The account never synced so I sent them a message telling them that, said theyd put a specialist team on it and would get back to me no more then 72hrs later.... They didn't get back to me. I contacted them at around 80hrs, said the specialist team did not find anything wrong, sorry but there's nothing we can do?!?! So basically losta weeks worth of time and EA is not willing to do anything to compensate!!!
