Bug can't play correct playoffs

Summarize your bug I'm in div 2 hut for about two weeks. I see people pulling the toty from elite cup packs. I really want to win the elite cup. So today I went. It says under world table i quality for elite cup with 28,000 people in div 1 and 2. I went to go to playoffs. It says I qualify for the rookie cup which is div 6 and below. HELP
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my division and the cup I qualify for
What happens when the bug occurs? I am not qualified for elite cup.
What do you expect to see? Im going to be honest. I expect to see me being able to play elite cup by this weekend and if not then some compensation. This may see greedy/needy. But I spent about 200$ on your game and this happens. Cmon I really want to play and I have a very good chance of winning. I expect a compensation for this .
