need for speed hot pursuit remaster crash [ Edited ]

I just downloaded my need for speed hot pursuit remaster today, the game worked well for a while but now the game would crash every time I complete a mission and the bounty/rewards page appears. The game would freeze before the bounty totaled, then the game crashes with no error message. the only thing that recognized this crash is windows reliability report, where the crash is described as

Hey, @straightb2333  make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth reinstalling the GPU drivers for your PC.

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with HPR and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

These are mine, have the same issue. Only difference is that it can happen randomly when I play multiplayer instead of that single player issue, but the error messages are the exact same.
