No Rain Drops or Snow on Nintendo Switch

Hello everyone. I bought this game for my Nintendo Switch and i just noticed that whenever i do a race that has rain or snow in it, roads are wet but i dont see the snow or rain drops on screen. Is this a bug or is this just how it is on Nintendo Switch ? If requested, i can provide screenshots and gameplay footage.
