NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered won't launch Win11/Win10

NFS HP Remastered won't launch after I installed the original version (old)
I even tried unistalling the old one and deleting every file related to it and reinstalling remastered but no luck, its like the code broke or something, the only way for me to fix it is to fresh install my Windows, but it really takes time to do so.
I even tried this method: Solved: Re: Need for speed Hot pursuit remastered doesn't launch - Page 2 - Answer HQ (ea.com) and still no luck...
so.. I hope it gets fixed, or at least somebody help me to fix it
