NFS HP network issues

Hello! I bought a game from you a few days ago. Its called Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, and I got a problem. I bought the game for switch, because I was too lazy to wait for it to download on my old scuffed pc, but from what I see its still downloading the whole game? every time I launch the game in the background I get 2 hour download or it says that I cant play without internet. Also shop I bought the game from lied to me a little bit, on thier website there was no word about 'Internet Download Required' on the box, all they showed on website is that theres a game card inside. Is there an option to refund physical copy of this game? (I opened box and used game card twice) | Also from what I understand 'Internet Download Required' means that its downloading the whole game, right?
