NFS HP REMASTERED CRASHING

This video shows that my game works fine but I can not play with my friend because his game crashes all the time. We have done all fixes what ea support and internet can offer. After multiple fixes and breakdowns, we realized to try this game with my pc, by logging in with his credentials.  And here you can see it crashes. We know that possible fix is to create new account and buy new game but it is not the ideal fix. Ea Support is asking us to take contact to microsoft support but that is not the case. Could be something account-related. Ea support says that everything is fine there but we do not think so. Could it be possible that game copy is broken? I do not know. He has NFS payback and heat, but they are working fine.
