My R7 1800X and RTX 3060 could only run the game at around 20-30fps?

I have found no matter what resolution or graphic setting I have set. I could not run the game properly. it showed a lagging issue at the intro!

Then I realize it might be something wrong with the game? does the game have issues with my R7 1800X CPU?

Is there anything I could fix it?

I have manually adjusted CPU core settings every time I played the game. :-(

Use Ctrl+Shift+Tab to check if it is your CPU or GPU that is hitting close to 100%, thanks.

@AMJ47826 Have you tried changing the FPS lock in the settings from 30fps to 60fps? The game runs no higher than 60.

The CPU usage was only 5-9% (by itself) when I ran the game.

the fps at the loading screen is only 14.
