Every time I set new key bindings in the game and every time I quit they get reset. This is a bug that's been in the game since 2010 and it carried over to Remastered. In fact, I think it became worse because on Windows 7 they would save sometimes. Are you serious? Apparently, the issue is when you have a non-English OS and directory path for "My Documents/Documents" where game settings are stored contains non-English letters. The old solution was to make a dummy folder with English letters but I'm on Windows 10 with OneDrive so I'm not even sure it would work. Hey EA, would be really nice to have some kind of solution for a 10-year old bug if you're not going to patch it yourself.
